Hey, so happy November. What we’re talking about now is what you should do to prepare for the upcoming year.
You know, the fall season is here, November is the month of cleansing, of preparation of starting to think about how you want to kick off your new year, you know what you’ll be doing in January to get things rolling, get on point with your goals, your tasks, your thoughts, your ideas, your business, your career, relationships, health, whatever it is, finances.
November is the month to start making those changes.
Today, or for the rest of the month, what I want you to focus on are these three things. We’re going to be talking about actions, affirmations, and reflections.
As it relates to affirmations, what I want you to say to yourself is “My presence is my power”. My presence is my power, and you repeat that every day for 30 days a couple of times a day. My presence is my power.
Next, when it comes to action, I want you to think about what is one daily action that you can take that will impact your mental health and your physical health. What is one daily action you can take that will impact your mental health, and your physical health, do that for 30 days. And then as far as reflections, okay, reflections, what is getting in the way of you becoming who it is that you want to recall? Are you doing what it is that you want to do? What is getting in the way of you becoming who it is you want to become? Or what is getting in the way of what you really want to be doing? All right, that’s what I want you to think about for 30 days this month in November, this fall cleanse, which will give you a fresh start moving into December and then January or next year when you begin setting new goals for yourself. Be great
