Welcome to Episode One. I want to take this time to thank you for listening to Heavy’s Place Podcasts where high achievers learn how to create more self-awareness and well-being in their productive lives.
You know, one of the most incredible things you can do in life is to be creative, to create something from nothing and see it grow into something that can live on beyond your physical existence.
So how do we get to this point?
You know, for many years, I’ve had experience coaching, speaking in front of large audiences, teaching, training, consulting, and have always been encouraged to, you know, start a podcast. And so, this is my attempt this year to begin to go on this journey of new beginnings of creativity for myself. I desire to create a community of like-minded individuals who are dedicated to becoming the best versions of themselves.
I look forward to taking you on a journey with me as we dive into the things about life that will help us create the results that we desire. Whatever your goals may be in life, I believe that you can achieve them with the right tools and mindset if it’s something that’s important enough to you.
I want you to use this podcast as a toolkit for finding your purpose in life, and achieving your goals so that you can live a more fulfilling life will optimal outcomes. Many attempts at living a successful, happy, and fulfilling life feels like a waste of time because we don’t have a clear idea of real success, happiness, and fulfillment. And sometimes, we’re just busy reacting to the world as others think we should. Instead of seeing the world from a position of strength, we view it from weakness. Our self-awareness determines our choices and our emotional responses to every situation. So this podcast will delve into practical ways to help you develop new thinking patterns and take intentional actions to create better results in your life. One of the greatest gifts you can give to a person is to show them, love, so make sure every chance you get its heavy love.
See you in my next episode.
